MWW appoints Dave Aglar as chief integrated media & innovation officer

MikeWorldWide has appointed Dave Aglar as chief integrated media & innovation officer, as the agency continues to expand its media, analytics and AI operations.Aglar joins MWW after nearly two decades at Weber Shandwick, where he worked across media, social, influencer and analytics functions.In the newly created role, Aglar will report to MWW founder and CEO Michael Kempner and oversee the agency’s integrated media, research, analytics and creative teams, along with its AI initiatives.The appointment follows MWW’s recent hiring of former FleishmanHillard executive Mike Sacks to strengthen its corporate reputation and advisory business. MWW acquires HudsonLake to expand workforce communications

MikeWorldWide has acquired workforce communications consultancy HudsonLake, adding workforce strategy to the agency’s service offerings. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.Following the acquisition, the consultancy will operate as “HudsonLake, a MikeWorldWide company.”Founded 25 years ago, HudsonLake specialises in organisational transformation, employee experience, talent strategy, employer branding, recruitment marketing and labour relations. Its client roster includes Toyota, 7-Eleven, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and PeaceHealth.According to MWW, the acquisition strengthens its workforce and change communications capabilities, particularly across sectors including transportation, healthcare and consumer brands.The acquisition follows MWW’s earlier purchase of Berk Communications as part of its expansion strategy.
