Apple has appointed seasoned communications leader Prasidha Menon as Product Communications Lead for its operations in India. Based in Mumbai, she took on the role in July 2026 and announced the move herself on LinkedIn.Menon brings over two decades of extensive experience across corporate communications, product PR, brand strategy and reputation management spanning major global technology platforms, healthcare and leading PR consultancies.Prior to joining Apple, Menon spent over three and a half years at Airbnb, serving as Head of Communications for India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong & Taiwan and later as Brand & Product Communications Lead for the Asia Pacific region. Her previous leadership roles also include Director & Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), Vice President & Global Head of Communications at OYO, and Head of Communications for India and South Asia at Uber.Earlier in her career, she held senior consultancy positions at Edelman India and Genesis Burson-Marsteller.

Prasidha Menon has taken on a new role as the Regional Head of Communications, Brand, and Product, Asia Pacific at Airbnb.
