AKA Communications has appointed Chloe Boston as Senior Director, GCC. Based in the agency’s Dubai office, Boston will lead AKA’s Middle East business and work closely with its UAE and London teams. She reports to Founders Antony Rettie and Katrina Kutchinsky.
Boston joins from Knight Frank, where she led PR and communications for the real estate consultancy across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Egypt. She began her career in London at PRCO Group before relocating to the UAE in 2020. During her five years with PRCO, she rose to Associate Director, overseeing campaigns across the GCC, Europe, and the UK.
Her background spans luxury hospitality, F&B, and real estate, representing prominent global brands such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rocco Forte Hotels, Hilton LXR, Azumi, Sumosan Twiga, Macklowe Properties, and One&Only Private Homes. Her regional portfolio includes high-profile accounts such as Zuma Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, and the launch of MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants.
“Chloe trained in London and has spent six years in Dubai, which provides exactly the perspective our clients need,” said Antony Rettie, Co-founder of AKA Communications. “Our ambition has never been to be a London agency with a Dubai outpost—it is one agency operating across two markets, and this appointment is central to achieving that goal.”
Commenting on her new role, Boston added: “Over the past six years, the regional hospitality landscape has evolved enormously. There is a huge opportunity in the GCC for both international brands entering the market and ambitious homegrown concepts seeking to expand globally. As we build AKA’s presence here, I look forward to combining the strengths of our Dubai and London teams to deliver international expertise with a deeply local approach.”
