Abhishek Sawant has joined Adfactors PR as assistant general manager, talent acquisition, moving from Publicis Groupe, where he most recently served as director and lead, talent acquisition.
Announcing his new role, Sawant expressed enthusiasm about beginning the next chapter of his professional journey. He also reflected on his five-year stint at Publicis Groupe, acknowledging the experiences, memories and professional relationships he built during his time there.
At Adfactors PR, Sawant will take on the role of assistant general manager, talent acquisition, bringing experience in recruitment and human resources management.
Before joining Adfactors PR, Sawant held several talent acquisition leadership positions at Publicis Groupe, including director and lead, associate director and lead, and senior manager, talent acquisition.
He previously worked at Adfactors PR as manager, human resources, for over four years. His earlier experience includes roles at Future Group India’s Foodhall, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Sofitel and Net Employment Services, spanning human resources, recruitment, people management and HR policies.
His return to Adfactors PR marks a new chapter in his career, bringing together his experience across talent acquisition and human resources management.
