Kering has appointed Flore Larger as corporate communications director, effective December 7. She will report to Laurent Claquin, the group’s chief brand officer, and succeed Paul Michon, who has moved to Renault Group as corporate communications director.

In her new role, Larger will lead Kering’s corporate communications strategy, working closely with the group’s Image and Experiences, Community Engagement and Employer Brand teams, as well as its corporate functions, individual houses and communications and image teams worldwide.

Her responsibilities will span media relations, influence and reputation strategy, crisis communications, engagement with institutions and industry bodies, and the development and implementation of the group’s corporate narrative.

Larger will also oversee communications related to Kering’s social and environmental commitments.

Claquin said Larger would help articulate the group’s vision and ambitions, strengthen stakeholder engagement and support the distinct identities of its individual houses.

Kering’s portfolio includes luxury brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta and Balenciaga.

Larger joins Kering from investment bank Lazard Frères, where she has worked since 2021. Before that, she spent 11 years at communications agency Image 7.

Her professional experience also includes senior communications roles at Sanofi, EDF Renewables and BNP Paribas, alongside strategic advisory work with executive teams.
