Prior to this role, he was closely associated with JPMorganChase’s site communications function, where he worked on leadership communications and employee engagement initiatives for the Hyderabad Corporate Center.Earlier in his career, Bipin played a foundational role at RealPage Inc.’s Global Capability Center in Hyderabad, where he joined as the first communications hire. There, he was responsible for setting up a structured communication framework from the ground up, supporting leadership transitions, managing change communication, and working closely with senior leadership while reporting into global communications.His professional journey also includes stints with Capgemini and Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where he worked on global internal communications, executive messaging, content strategy, and digital communication platforms. At Deloitte, he began his career as a campus hire within an internal creative agency, collaborating with writers, designers, and technologists to deliver communication solutions aimed at driving employee engagement and behavior change.Across roles, Bipin has consistently focused on audience-led communication, leadership alignment, and building systems that make internal messaging more relevant, effective, and measurable. Albert Shu departs Weber Shandwick after two decades

Albert Shu, a long-standing figure at Weber Shandwick, is stepping down from his role as President of the firm's Hong Kong and Singapore operations. His departure marks the end of a two-decade tenure with the Interpublic Group firm in Asia.Shu joined Weber Shandwick in 2004 and has been instrumental in driving the firm's growth in both Hong Kong and Singapore. He led the Hong Kong office for 16 years and was instrumental in securing numerous awards and accolades.A Weber Shandwick spokesperson praised Shu's contributions: "Albert has served over 20 years with the Weber Shandwick Asia-Pacific team. He has led his teams with dedication, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence. We thank Albert for his contributions and wish him all the best.""Albert will work closely with the leadership teams in both Hong Kong and Singapore over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition," added the spokesperson. Shu will remain with the firm until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. In the interim, Robert Magyar, a senior advisor based in Beijing, will oversee the Hong Kong operations, while Carolyn Devanayagam, the regional corporate affairs head, will take charge of Singapore.Weber Shandwick's operations in both Hong Kong and Singapore are significant, with the firm being the largest international PR firm in Hong Kong. Ex-PRCA director Steve Miller to rejoin CIPR

Steve Miller, who recently stepped down as commercial director at the PRCA, is rejoining the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) after a 14-year-long hiatus. In his new role, Miller will concentrate on growing the CIPR's corporate membership base.Miller previously held a similar membership and commercial leadership position at both the PRCA and the ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organisation). In his newly created role as corporate affiliate consultant, he will target increasing the number of UK PR agencies affiliated with the CIPR.This homecoming marks a return to familiar territory for Miller, who previously dedicated a decade to the CIPR before joining the PRCA in 2010.The CIPR boasts nearly 11,000 individual members alongside a strong corporate membership of 250. This includes agencies like Weber Shandwick (which left the PRCA in 2023), BlackHouse Media, Hard Numbers, Curzon and Jargon, alongside in-house communications teams from Barclays, Balfour Beattie, Centrica, Deloitte, and IKEA. The PRCA currently maintains a corporate membership of around 570.
