Maslansky + Partners elevates Keith Yazmir to President

Language strategy consultancy Maslansky + Partners has elevated founding partner Keith Yazmir to president as part of a broader executive leadership expansion aimed at accelerating growth in healthcare and synthetic research.Yazmir, a 20-year veteran of the firm, will steer growth initiatives and drive deeper integration across Omnicom Public Relations Group and the wider Omnicom network. His background spans executive communications and marketing roles across the pharmaceutical, technology, automotive, and travel sectors. To reinforce its footprint in life sciences, the Omnicom-owned agency promoted Katherine Hettrich and Amanda Kealey to partners. Hettrich brings over two decades of healthcare experience from ZS Associates, Ogilvy, and Publicis Healthcare. Kealey, a trained anthropologist with 20 years in strategy and insight, previously held senior roles at Hall & Partners, Brado, and Shapiro+Raj.The firm is also doubling down on research technology and client management:• Jaime Hodges, Senior Vice President and Head of Research & Innovation, sees her mandate expand to oversee quantitative and synthetic research capabilities, including the proprietary Chorus platform.• Catherine Farr, a 12-year agency veteran based in Washington, D.C., has been promoted to Executive Vice President. She will oversee core language strategy initiatives and key client relationships alongside her existing team leadership.Chief Executive Officer Michael Maslansky noted that the leadership shuffle aligns directly with the firm's strategic focus on scaling its high-growth healthcare and research verticals.
