Shirley Coses Dsilva has taken on a new role as AP Communications Lead, Commercial at Lenovo, marking a transition from her previous position as India Communications Head.Dsilva announced the new role on LinkedIn, stating that she will lead communications for Lenovo’s Asia Pacific commercial business. Her responsibilities will include developing communications strategy aligned with commercial business priorities, shaping the commercial narrative and executive positioning, and strengthening storytelling around enterprise technology and Hybrid AI.She will work closely with Sumir Bhatia and the broader Commercial leadership team in the new role.Dsilva joined Lenovo India as India Communications Head in April 2022 and held the position for over four years. Prior to Lenovo, she served as Vice President, PR Practice at Strategic Growth Advisors Pvt. Ltd.Her earlier experience includes roles at Prose Integrated Private Limited, Parle Agro, Reliance Capital, Larsen & Toubro, Saimatex Lda, DB Realty and Le Royal Meridien. She began her career as a Management Trainee at IPAN Public Relations & Public Affairs Company in 2004.
