Omnichannel eyewear retailer Lenskart.com has appointed communications strategist Abhishek Chauhan as Corporate Communications & PR Leader. Based in New Delhi, Chauhan will oversee the company’s corporate reputation, brand narrative, media relations and strategic communications as Lenskart continues to expand its retail presence in India and international markets.Chauhan announced the move on LinkedIn, writing, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Corporate Communications & PR Leader at Lenskart.com!”Chauhan brings over a decade of experience in corporate reputation, crisis management and stakeholder engagement. He joins Lenskart after a four-and-a-half-year stint with Ola Group, where he progressed from Senior Manager to Director and led corporate communications and PR for Ola Electric, Ola Consumer and Ola Krutrim.Prior to Ola, Chauhan held agency leadership and client advisory roles, including Associate Vice President at Edelman and senior positions at 20:20 MSL, where he worked on mandates for brands such as Royal Enfield and Facebook.He also spent more than five years with Zeno Group, handling crisis communications, brand mandates and government relations for clients including Kia Motors, Boeing, McDonald’s, Ducati India, Hero Electric and Lenovo. Chauhan began his communications career with Boring Brands.
