PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Gemma Hart as chief communications officer, effective February 9.Hart will report to PVH CEO Stefan Larsson and join the company’s executive leadership team, overseeing global internal and external communications. She succeeds Amber McCann, who is leaving PVH to pursue other opportunities.Prior to joining PVH, Hart was senior vice president of corporate affairs at Danone North America, a role she assumed in 2024 after joining the company in 2019 as vice president of communications. Her experience at Danone included overseeing communications for U.S. brands such as Activia, DanActive, Danimals, Dannon, Danonino, Light & Fit, and Oikos.Hart has also held positions as vice president of communications at Anheuser-Busch InBev and partner at Brunswick Group, where she worked for 12 years.PVH operates in over 40 countries and reported $2.29 billion in revenue in Q3, a 1% increase year over year.
