Before joining the firm, she spent nearly nine years at EY as Associate Director - Marketing & Communications for Forensic & Integrity Services. She began her career at Text100 (now Archetype), where she worked for close to six years and rose to the position of Account Manager.With more than 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, Avantika has built her career across leading global firms before taking up her current leadership role at Khaitan & Co.
