JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai has appointed Brazen MENA as its communications partner across the GCC region. The agency's wide-ranging remit covers the entire property, including its rooms and suites, culinary venues, bars and lounges, wellness facilities, meetings and events business, and upcoming cultural programming and brand partnerships. Brazen MENA will spearhead consumer and corporate communications across the region, encompassing media relations, social media, and brand collaborations.
The partnership comes as the property embarks on a major multiphase enhancement program. The initiative features a complete redesign of all rooms and suites, the reimagining of two executive lounges, and a large-scale culinary transformation involving the renovation of legacy venues alongside the launch of new lifestyle experiences and homegrown food and beverage concepts. The hotel will stay fully operational throughout the transformation process, with additional enhancements to be unveiled over time.
Karin Cohen, Multi-Property Director of Marketing for the hotel, highlighted the significance of the project. "This is an ambitious moment for the hotel," Cohen said. "Our owners are making a significant investment across rooms, dining and the wider guest experience, introducing new concepts that will change how people experience this address and how they use it. Brazen MENA understands luxury in this city and knows how to sustain a story across years of change."
Louise Jacobson, Managing Partner at Brazen MENA, added: "JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is far more than a hotel. It is one of Dubai’s defining addresses and one of the largest luxury hotels in the world, and it is about to be transformed. A transformation on this scale is rare, and rarer still in a hotel where there is always something new to experience. We are looking forward to bringing that ambition to a much wider audience."
