The Startup Policy Forum (SPF) has appointed Akashdeep Baruah as its Communications Lead. He brings over seven years of experience across news organisations including CNBC-TV18, Reuters, Times Now and Business Today.In his new role at SPF, Baruah will lead social media, communications and media relations. He will also work on integrating AI into the organisation’s workflows and strengthening SPF’s communication of its policy positions to key audiences.Commenting on the appointment, Shweta Rajpal Kohli, President and CEO, Startup Policy Forum, said, “Akash brings a rare combination of a newsroom backbone and a product-growth mindset.
