MarkNext Group has appointed Nabeel A. Khan as Group Chief Executive Officer and Editor-in-Chief, as the media, reputation intelligence and communications advisory firm plans to expand into new markets.Khan will lead the group’s global operations and oversee its new media ventures across India, the Middle East and Africa (MEA). In his dual role, he will be responsible for driving the group’s strategic direction across reputation intelligence, public relations and corporate communications advisory, while also leading the editorial direction of its upcoming media platform.Khan brings more than two decades of experience spanning journalism, corporate communications and strategic leadership. He was the Founding Editor of The Economic Times Verticals, where he worked on new business media formats and knowledge platforms, and has also held senior editorial roles at Network18.He later moved into corporate communications and most recently served as Deputy Vice-President & Head of PR, Communications & Public Affairs at Renault India. Prior to that, he was Country Head – Middle East at Motherson Group.As Group CEO, Khan will oversee MarkNext Group’s growth and expansion across its media and communications businesses. As Editor-in-Chief, he will lead the editorial direction and launch of the group’s upcoming new media platform.Commenting on his appointment, Khan said, “The media and communications landscape is at a critical inflection point.
