Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has announced the appointment of Aditya Priyadarshan as Managing Director within its Business Transformation Services practice. Based in Mumbai, he will focus on large-scale operating model and organization structure transformation programs, spanning AI-powered transformation, growth strategy and digital transformation across the automotive, industrial and retail sectors.Mr. Priyadarshan brings over 20 years of consulting experience, advising large organizations on operating and organizational design, front-end transformation and zero-based transformation. He has led programs focused on aligning enterprise structures with growth priorities, reducing complexity, streamlining governance and accelerating AI-powered and digital transformation to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Priyadarshan spent 18 years with Accenture, where he most recently served as Managing Director and led the AI practice in India.
