Polycab India Limited has appointed Neha Shinde as Head of Corporate Communications & PR.Shinde announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post, marking her return to the company after serving as Lead Corporate Communications & PR at Epsilon Carbon Pvt. Ltd. and Epsilon Advanced Materials Pvt. Ltd.In her new role, she will lead the company's corporate communications and public relations, with a focus on reputation management, strategic communications, and brand storytelling.Sharing the news, Shinde wrote, "I'm happy to share that I've joined Polycab India Limited as Head – Corporate Communications & PR. In this role, I'll lead corporate communications, public relations, driving reputation, strategic communications, and brand storytelling."Prior to rejoining Polycab, Shinde spent over two years at Epsilon Carbon and Epsilon Advanced Materials, where she led corporate communications and PR across India, the United States, Finland, and Germany. During her tenure, she was recognised as the Best Performer in Q2 2025.This marks Shinde's second stint at Polycab. She previously served the company for nearly three years, first as Manager, PR & Corporate Communication and later as Senior Manager, PR & Corporate Communication, between May 2021 and April 2024.
