KKR strengthens APAC communications team with appointment of Jinal Parekh

Global investment firm KKR has appointed Jinal Parekh as Assistant Vice President, Communications, Asia-Pacific, reinforcing its regional communications capabilities as it continues to expand its presence across key markets in the region.In her new role, Parekh will be part of KKR’s APAC communications team, supporting the firm's corporate reputation, media engagement and strategic communications initiatives across Asia-Pacific.A communications professional with more than a decade of experience, Parekh has worked across corporate communications, public relations and reputation management for organisations spanning private equity, venture capital, investment banking and other corporate sectors. Her expertise includes stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, brand positioning and strategic storytelling.Prior to joining KKR, Parekh led corporate communications and public relations at Welspun One. During her tenure, she played a key role in strengthening the company's external communications strategy and enhancing its brand visibility among stakeholders and investors.Over the course of her career, she has built extensive experience advising leadership teams on communication strategies, corporate reputation and business positioning in highly competitive markets.The appointment reflects the growing importance investment firms are placing on communications and stakeholder engagement as they navigate an increasingly dynamic business and regulatory environment across the Asia-Pacific region.
