Based in Bengaluru, Bajaj brings extensive experience across media, entertainment, technology, and real estate to his new position.Before joining Sobha, he worked as an Independent Brand & Marketing Consultant, advising early-stage and mid-sized businesses across technology, media, healthcare, and lifestyle sectors on brand building, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.Previously, Bajaj served as Head of Brand and Marketing at AjnaLens, where he launched and positioned XR-AI products and achieved a 120% increase in brand engagement through omnichannel campaigns. His earlier stints include roles at Disney Star, where he led consumer marketing for Star Bharat, and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., where he helped Zee Punjabi achieve the No.1 viewership position within 90 days of launch.With his strong track record in brand storytelling and performance-driven marketing, Bajaj’s appointment marks a strategic addition to Sobha Ltd.’s leadership team.
