New Zealand-based communications and engagement firm One Plus One has announced the appointment of Sean McCready as its new Media Partner. McCready brings a wealth of industry expertise to the role, notably as the co-founder of media agency MBM, which successfully joined Publicis Groupe’s portfolio in 2019.
Alongside his new position, McCready continues his work as the founder of OPEN Financial Coaching and Advice, as well as a strategic advisor for the ad-tech platform Youdoo.
Kelly Bennett, Founder and Managing Director of One Plus One, expressed enthusiasm over the partnership, highlighting how it expands the strategic capabilities available to the firm's client base.
"I've known Sean since we launched and reckon he has one of the best media minds in the country, so bringing his strategic nous into our firm is a real coup, frankly. We’re lucky to have him," Bennett noted.
Reflecting on his new venture, McCready shared his excitement about collaborating with the team:
