NorthStar Insights has appointed Stefano Hesse as Senior Advisor to strengthen its reputation management practice. Based in London, Hesse brings more than three decades of in house communications experience across technology companies including Google, Meta and eBay.
Hesse has worked on global strategic communications programmes for large organisations, including communications around the Google and Meta IPOs and major acquisitions undertaken by the companies. His experience covers corporate reputation, high stakes transactions and communications involving investors, regulators and wider stakeholders.
His appointment comes as NorthStar Insights expands its reputation management and financial communications capabilities for clients dealing with IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and complex cross border situations.
Arth Malani, Founder and CEO of NorthStar Insights, said Hesse brings direct experience of managing communications during highly scrutinised corporate moments. He added that the appointment strengthens the firm's reputation management practice and the senior level expertise available to its clients.
Commenting on his appointment, Hesse said his experience at Google, Facebook and eBay included developing and executing global strategic communications programmes for complex organisations, particularly around IPOs and M&A. Hesse will continue to lead Stefano Hesse advisory while working alongside NorthStar Insights to strengthen its capabilities in reputation management and financial communications across global markets.
