Florence Guo has joined Galaxy Entertainment Group as Assistant Vice President – Media Relations, expanding the company’s communications leadership in Macau.

In her new role, Guo will oversee media engagement strategies and communications partnerships, supporting Galaxy Entertainment Group’s corporate reputation and business objectives across key markets.

Based in Macau, Guo brings experience spanning hospitality, integrated resorts and corporate communications. Before joining Galaxy Entertainment Group, she held communications and media-related leadership roles with Conrad Guangzhou and Wynn Resorts Macau, where she worked across brand, media and stakeholder engagement.

Her move to Galaxy Entertainment Group comes as Macau’s integrated resort sector continues to evolve beyond traditional gaming, with operators placing greater emphasis on hospitality, entertainment, tourism, events and destination experiences.

Guo’s background in hospitality communications is expected to support Galaxy Entertainment Group’s efforts to strengthen its media relationships and communicate its broader business and entertainment proposition to audiences in Macau and international markets.

Galaxy Entertainment Group operates integrated resort, hospitality and entertainment businesses in Macau, including Galaxy Macau and Broadway Macau. The group has continued to expand its non-gaming offerings as Macau develops its positioning as a diversified tourism and leisure destination.

Guo’s appointment adds to the communications expertise supporting the group’s corporate and brand engagement as it navigates an increasingly competitive regional hospitality and entertainment landscape.
