Honner/Finn Partners has appointed Natasha Moldrich as Partner, recognising her leadership and contributions to the firm's growing financial and corporate communications practice.

Moldrich steps into the partnership role after serving as Senior Consultant and Business Unit Lead at Honner/Finn Partners, where she has advised clients on strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. Her promotion comes as the agency continues to strengthen its capabilities across financial services and corporate communications in Australia.

Before joining Honner/Finn Partners, Moldrich was Senior Communications Manager at BT Financial Group, one of Australia's leading wealth management businesses, where she was responsible for developing and delivering strategic communications initiatives. Her experience spans brand communications, product marketing and stakeholder engagement across the financial services sector.

Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing, product and communications roles at financial services organisations including HUB24 and AMP, building extensive expertise across wealth management, investment products and customer communications.

Moldrich's appointment reflects more than two decades of experience across financial services marketing and communications, combining in-house leadership with agency-side strategic counsel. Throughout her career, she has worked across brand positioning, corporate communications, product strategy and integrated marketing programmes, advising businesses navigating complex and highly regulated environments.

Her promotion also underscores Honner/Finn Partners' continued investment in senior talent following its combination with Finn Partners in 2024. The agency now operates as part of the global independent marketing and communications firm Finn Partners, which has more than 1,400 professionals across over 35 offices worldwide, expanding its capabilities across corporate communications, consumer marketing, healthcare, technology, travel and financial services.

Honner, one of Australia's best-known independent communications consultancies, joined Finn Partners in 2024 after more than two decades of operations in the Australian market. The partnership has further strengthened the firm's international footprint and enhanced its ability to support clients across the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

Moldrich's deep understanding of financial services communications positions her to play a key role in supporting clients navigating an increasingly complex communications landscape, where trust, transparency and stakeholder engagement have become critical business priorities.

Her appointment highlights the growing demand for senior communications leaders with sector-specific expertise, particularly across wealth management and financial services as organisations adapt to changing consumer expectations, regulatory developments and technological transformation.
