Caleb Yap has been seconded to the Singapore Nuclear Research and Safety Institute, stepping into the role of Head, Communications & Public Education.
In this leadership capacity, Yap will oversee all communications initiatives, spanning media relations, marketing communications, stakeholder engagement, and public education.
Yap brings more than eight years of extensive communications experience within the government sector. Prior to this secondment, he served as Senior Deputy Director (Communications & Engagement Planning) at Singapore’s Ministry of Education.
