Prosek Partners has appointed Danielle O'Brien as Managing Director within its Investor Relations practice, further strengthening the firm's strategic communications and advisory capabilities.
Based in New York, O'Brien will counsel corporate leadership teams on investor relations and special situations, including earnings communications, investor days, mergers and acquisitions, executive transitions, restructurings, and other critical business events.
She joins Prosek from Edelman Smithfield, where she served as Executive Vice President, specializing in investor relations and special situations. Prior to that, she held investor relations roles at ICR and also worked at Credit Suisse.
The appointment reflects Prosek's continued investment in expanding its investor relations offering. While traditionally focused on asset management and financial services, the practice has broadened its expertise in recent years to support clients across sectors including technology, healthcare, aerospace, and defense.
