Seedtag appoints Brendan McCarthy as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer

Seedtag has appointed Brendan McCarthy as Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.

In this role, McCarthy will oversee Seedtag’s global marketing and communications strategy, supporting the company’s international expansion and the continued development of its privacy-focused Neuro-Contextual advertising solutions across the open web and connected TV.

McCarthy joins Seedtag from Criteo, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer. During his tenure, he worked on repositioning the company’s offering towards an AI-centric commerce media platform. He brings over two decades of experience in strategic marketing and communications, having worked with organisations including Nielsen, Samsung and eBay.

Brian Gleason, CEO of Seedtag, said McCarthy’s experience in brand-building and innovation will support the company’s growth strategy and the global expansion of its AI platform, Liz.

Commenting on his appointment, McCarthy said Seedtag has demonstrated sustained growth across established advertising markets and highlighted the opportunity to further align brand and global communications to deliver value for clients.

McCarthy will lead a global team focused on brand development, demand generation and integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
