Jayleena Dey has joined Adfactors PR as Senior Account Executive. She shared the update on LinkedIn, marking a new phase in her public relations career.
Dey moves to Adfactors PR after a three-and-a-half-year stint at Kommune Brand Communications. She joined Kommune as a Trainee Account Executive in May 2022 and progressed to Junior Account Executive and later Account Executive.
During her tenure at Kommune, she managed and supported communications and integrated marketing mandates across B2B accounts spanning technology, AI, SaaS, mobility, edtech, consumer and lifestyle sectors. Her responsibilities included brand positioning, content creation, media relations, campaign execution, event coordination and new client onboarding.
Earlier, she completed an internship at XCONICS, where she worked across marketing, social media management and research, contributing to brand pitching, documentation, campaign collaboration and digital initiatives.
