Manish M. Suvarna has taken on the role of Senior Correspondent at Press Trust of India (PTI), marking a new chapter in his journalism career. He is based in Mumbai.
Suvarna joins PTI after spending three and a half years at moneycontrol.com, where he reported extensively on the Reserve Bank of India, money markets, banking, and financial services.
Prior to moneycontrol.com, he worked with organisations including IANS, The Economic Times, The Financial Express, TickerPlant, and Cogencis Information Services, covering equity and debt markets, government securities, corporate bonds, and liquidity-related developments.
With this move, Suvarna brings his experience in financial and market reporting to PTI’s newsroom.
