Shawn Xavier has joined V360 Group as Group Account Director. He shared the update on LinkedIn, confirming that he took on the role in November 2025.
In his new position, Xavier will focus on strategic communications, brand reputation, strategy and business development, and will work closely with teams and clients to deliver insight-led work.
Prior to joining V360 Group, Xavier was associated with MSLGROUP India for over a decade. Most recently, he served as Group Head from July 2023 to December 2025. During his tenure at MSLGROUP, he held multiple roles including Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Executive, Account Executive and Account Associate.
Xavier is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and brings extensive experience across strategic communications and brand reputation management.
