Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced the appointment of Pradeep Shenoy as Executive Director, Corporate Communication, effective November 2025.
With over three decades of experience in the life insurance sector, Shenoy has served in multiple leadership roles across India, including postings in Goa, Aurangabad, Hyderabad, Nashik, and Pune, where he headed four branches and two divisions.
In his new capacity, Shenoy will oversee LIC’s corporate communication initiatives, focusing on strengthening public engagement and reinforcing the corporation’s reputation as a trusted financial institution.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India. His professional background also includes advanced training from the National Insurance Academy, Pune, and the Indian School of Business, Chandigarh.
